Imaging NEUROPICT
In brief
Our platform enables multi-scale imaging from the cell to the whole organism in support of Neuroscience research.
The users are offered training, assistance and advice. We also collaborate on scientific and technology projects.
The platform currently has nine acquisition systems and one image analysis workstation:
- 1 light-sheet microscope (Miltenyi)
- 2 multiphoton microscopes (Leica SP8 and Femtonics Femto2D Dual)
- 3 confocal laser scanning microscopes (Zeiss LSM880 Airyscan, LSM700 and Leica SP8)
- 3 microscopes with structured illumination (Apotomes2, Zeiss)
- 1 epifluorenscence microscope with a 4-slide scanner (Axioimager M2, Zeiss)
- 1 image analysis workstation with IMARIS software.
New users are trained to become autonomous and are assisted by the technical staff.
