Curriculum Vitae

Hello I am Thomas Deneux

Logiciels

  • Fastflow : blood flow estimation from Optical Imaging data based on motion detection of erythrocites inside blood vessels. Matlab-based software described in (Deneux, et al., 2011) and publicly available.
  • OptImage : data visualization and analysis for Optical Imaging and 2-photon microscopy data. Matlab-based software commercially available from Optical Imaging, Inc. (http://www.opt-imaging.net/brain_imager/).
  • MLspike : method for the extraction of neuronal spiking activity from noisy calcium fluorescence recordings, published in (Deneux, Kaszas et al., 2016). Matlab-based implementation publicly available at github.com/MLspike.
