The TEFOR Paris-Saclay (UAR TPS), a platform at the heart of the TEFOR infrastructure, serves researchers to conduct genome editing and phenotyping programs, particularly at early stages and in the adult brain of zebrafish.

• Genome editing: UAR TPS works with the plateforme TACGENE platform (U1154-UMR7196 CNRS/INSERM/MNHN) on "base editing" : targeted and fine editing of the genome on a single basis.

• Phenotyping : UAR TPS conducts programs to optimize microscopy tools and methodologies, and develops collections of optimal 3D image and navigation tools in these databases.

In order to offer a complete and innovative range of services, UAR TPS coordinates a network of expert centres: a consortium of laboratories and partner platforms whose complementary activities best meet the needs of the scientific community. The management of projects carried out for third party users is offered via a single point of contact, ensuring simplified monitoring of the user project, with as few administrative procedures as possible.
